My trainer Kacy has been the best thing to happen to me. I always was conscious about my body and was lacking overall confidence. Just in 6 months of working with Kacy I have lost about 6% body fat and gained muscle in all areas of my body. It has completely change the way I look and my outlook on life and I could not be happier with my time with Kacy. Best trainer hands down!

I came to a point in my life where I needed to make a serious change for not only my health but just overall confidence. I was eating bad, not exercising and my body showed. I decided to starting training with Kacy and 2 years later I am nearly 40 lbs and have lost 12% body fat. I went from barely being able to do a push-up to doing sets of 20 at a time and have gained strength in my legs and body that I could never imagine being possible. Kacy has helped unleash my inner beast while helping me feel confident and beautiful. Do not second guess with Kacy, he is the best ever.

I started off with Kacy at 260+ lbs and in a 6 month span I was able to lose 65 lbs. It was not easy and there were times that I definitely wanted to quit but with the support of Kacy and everyone in the gym I was able to push through and reach my ultimate goal of being under 200 lbs. I was pre-diabetic and needed medication but from this whole process I no longer need the medication. I cant thank you enough Kacy. Greatest trainer but even better person and friend.

I trained 8 months with Kacy and he totally transformed me for my wedding. I started at 178 lbs and weighed 149 on my wedding day. It was a real roller coaster losing the weight but once I buckled down  and started eating right I really saw the results. Kacy was super patient and encouraging when I felt down and pushed me. I went from struggling to doing body weight movements to handling movements with weights. I would recommend friends and family without any hesitation.

I used to run track in high school and was very fit. I then entered college and gain that infamous "Freshman 15" which was more like 20 for me. I wanted to feel like and stronger and get my athletic body back. I recruited the services of Kacy and I can now say I am the fittest and strongest I have ever been in my life. Down 23 lbs and nearly 13% body fat. I never in my life thought I would have a full on 6 pack and would be able to squat 225 lbs. He has left me with all the tools necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle and workout regimen. Kacy by far is the best trainer in the area.

Kacy is truly the best! I can confidently say I've lost 60+ lbs. I've always struggled with my weight, have had many trainers and tried many diets, but I've never seen the results I wanted. He is very patient and knowledgeable; and adapted his personal training methods to my fitness level. He makes it fun but challenging and for once, I actually enjoyed going to the gym and working out. I would recommend any person lost in their way and fitness path to give him a try or just looking for a good workout. You won't be disappointed!
